Debbie Lye Comes To Lusaka |

Debbie Lye, the head of International Development at UKSport made the
journey to Zambia to visit both Sport In Action and EduSport, both of
which her work benefits.
During her stay in Zambia she visited the 2nd Group of ‘Wallace Students’ on placement working on behalf of the IDEALS project, one of Debbies’ initiatives. This included observing a netball session in Kalingalinga and a tournament which had been arranged in Chipata.
A special guest at the 6th Annual Go Sisters Tournament, Debbie made a speech and handed out prizes for the winning teams. Along with liaising with Sport In Action, and EduSport she also visited the international Zambian Sport Committee to see the work being done on a new sport complex in Lusaka.
Kelvin, site co-ordinator at Kalingalinga offers Debbie a Chimpmowba as a token of gratitude.
