The Foundation has scaled up its community programmes to another province-Copperbelt Province. The Programme called CHATS (Combating HIV/AIDS Through Sport) is focused on sexual reporoductive health education, leadeship training and active participation in sport with emphasis on HIV/AIDs related issues.

The programme that is run in the wider framework of Kicking AIDS Out is being implemented in two districts of the Copperbelt-Chnigola and Mufulira.

Under this programme, activities have been running since March, 2008 and many young boys and girls have been trained in areas like Leadership,Sexuality, basic Coaching and Officiating.
On the 27th of Novermber, the programme will be officially launched in Mufulira where a project Coordinating  Office has been set with strong committees established.
It is hoped that the NIF (Norwegian Olympic Committee and Confedarations of Sport) supported programme will give children and youths a chance to learn while enjoying sport.
